  • Medicare and DVA patients require referral from their General Practitioner (GP).

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
We accept DVA referrals and are able to bulk bill patients with a valid DVA card and referral from their GP for chiropractic treatments.
How HICAPS works
If you have private health cover for chiropractic, massage or acupuncture you can claim a portion of your fees. Simply bring your health fund car or linked app (or Apple Wallet / Google Pay) and swipe or tap on our HICAPS machine and claim. Then you'll have a "gap fee" which is the remainder after your health fund has paid a portion.
Medicare Care Plans (Chronic Disease Management CDM - previously known as Enhance Patient Care EPC)
To obtain a care plan, please see your general practitioner (GP) or family doctor. They can refer you for up to five (5) allied health treatments under a Medicare care plan. Currently, only Chiropractic services are eligible. Medicare subsidises a portion of the fees, with a gap payment required.
